How it's run 

DifferWorld's professional coaching technologies, methodologies and techniques immerses the world's most promising leaders in an experience that fosters professional and personal development. Every step of the process challenges the participant to think and act more optimally in a fast changing, dynamic world.

From our experience this initiative works best when limited to 12 - 18 pre-qualified participants to ensure a suitably rich diversity and an optimal learning ratio to maintain the quality, depth, vibrancy and value of interaction.

Right from the start participants are put together to a 4-6 person team, the value of which in itself is priceless as it is the coming together of exceptional leaders to provide mutual support towards personal and professional growth over a lifetime.
